By now most people will be aware of the recent moves to develop the site, the Shareholders voted to change the area to be developed to take all the "P" plots, some of the gardens next to the main driveway and some of the original area set aside for development some years ago. There will also be a wholesale redevelopment of the remaining gardening area and some of the original area set aside for development, now fallow for up to 30 years.
Due to this development no new renters are to be accepted.
