PLANNING PERMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT SOUGHT

As of the 17th May a planning application has been submitted for the development of part of the fallow area (originally set aside for development) adjacent to Torville Drive and all the working allotments adjacent to Pembury and Ewell Roads (all the 'P' area).

The area to be developed was changed to the above area by a near unanimous vote of the Association Shareholders as being the best opportunity to be granted outline planning permission on advice from our developers after consultation with the Council last year. The area put forward is an amalgamation of options one and two of the Council's public consultation of 2011.
