PLANNING APPEAL

You may have been wondering how the appeal for outline planning permission is going, the appeal is due on the 18th March 2014.

Appeal by: Commercial Estates Group
Appeal reference no: Q3060/A13/2200191
Location: Radford Bridge Allotments, Wollaton, Nottingham
Proposal: Outline application for residential development and regeneration of
allotments incorporating new public open space, access, drainage
infrastructure and ecological enhancement.


The planning appeal will re-open at 10.00am on Tuesday 18th March 2014 at the Central Methodist Mission, 22 Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 3DA. 

The Inquiry is scheduled to last 4 days; J A Vyse DIPTP MRTPI is the Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, who has powers under Section 79 of the same act to either allow or dismiss the appeal or reverse or vary any part of the decision of the local planning authority (whether the appeal relates to that part of it or not), and may not deal with the application as if it had been made to him in the first instance.
