Update on the Planning Application

 A public inquiry has been arranged and will be held at 10.00am on Tuesday 26 November 2013 at the Central Methodist Mission 22 Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 3DA. The Inquiry is scheduled to last 4 days.

D Lewis BA(Hons) MCD MA MRTPI is the Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, who has powers under Section 79 of the same Act to either allow or dismiss the appeal or  reverse or vary any part of the decision of the local planning authority (whether the appeal relates to that part of it or not), and may deal with the application as if it had been made to him in the first instance.
